Steven Power is a former software due diligence advisor for Synopsys (now Black Duck), advising strategic acquirers and private equity firms across EMEA about risks associated with software in M&A transactions. Steven worked as a software developer before joining Synopsys in January 2022. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking the alps, collecting comic books, and watching movies.
