Partner Training Privacy Notice

This privacy notice explains how we collect, use, share, and otherwise process your personal data when you participate in a meeting, webinar, or training program with us (collectively “Webinar”). 


Personal data we collect

When you register or participate in the Webinar, we may collect the following information: 

  1. Contact Information. Name, email address, office postal address, phone number and other contact information. 
  2. Employment Details. Job title, company name, experience and background, and other related details. 
  3. Interaction Data. Questions, comments, and interactions during and regarding the Webinar. 
  4. Survey Responses. Feedback about the Webinar through surveys, questionnaires, or other communications. 
  5. Usage and Attendance Data. Attendance records, times, and participation metrics (poll responses, session engagement, etc.). 
  6. Login Credentials. Such as username, password, etc. 
  7. Recordings. Note the Webinar will be recorded. 


How we use your personal data

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  1. Facilitate your participation in the Webinar and to deliver relevant content. 
  2. Provide you with training, resources, and follow-up information. 
  3. Communicate with you about future events, updates, or software-related resources. 
  4. Improve the quality of our training and support. 
  5. Comply with legal obligations and protect our legitimate interests. 
  6. Protect the security related to use of the Webinar platform and its content. 


Legal basis for processing

Where legal basis is required, we collect and process your personal data as described herein for the following legal bases: 

  1. Contract. Providing the Webinar and related tasks. 
  2. Legit Interest. Evaluating feedback, training resellers, providing a secure environment, and improving our services. 
  3. Consent. If for example, we wish to seek your consent to send marketing communications. 
  4. Legal. For legal purposes such as when such is required by law. 


Your privacy rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have some or all the following rights related to the processing of your personal data:

Note you always have the right to withdraw any consent, however such withdrawal may not affect the processing that occurred when you had provided consent.

Sharing your personal data

We may share your personal data with others such as in the following circumstances: 

  1. Service Providers. Companies that provide webinar platforms, hosting, survey tools and more. 
  2. Your Employer. To confirm your attendance and participation regarding the Webinar. 
  3. Legal Authorities. If required by law or necessary to protect our rights. 
  4. Other Webinar Participants. Your Webinar login name, contact information, interactions, communications, and other personal data may be visible to third party Webinar participants.  
  5. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. 


Data retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this notice and thereafter, we may retain it for contract, legal, or other purposes for up to seven years. 


International data transfers

Note that depending upon your jurisdiction your personal data may be transferred to a different jurisdiction that does not have the same level of protection of privacy laws as your own. However, all international transfers of your data will be transferred in compliance with local data transfer restrictions and may involve international data transfer mechanisms such as the Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
